Notes
Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, New York — The overlapping boxes in the corners are black over white. This is considered to be a first edition as it was printed at the same time as the version with black over silver boxes. This variant was intended for promotional use prior to the shows, but since the shows sold out quickly, many became available to collectors.Poster commemorating Jerry's 13 night run at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadw
