Notes
Saville Theatre, London — This one is especially rare as it does not have the handbills down the right side. It's missing the black layer. The show it was designed for was canceled due to the death of Saville Theatre owner and Beatles manager Brian Epstein. The design was left unfinished until 2006 when Masse and Karl Ferris produced the 1st edition.
