Signing in — the magic link
No password, ever
Enter your email and we send you a one-time link. Tap it and you're signed in. There's nothing to create, remember, or reset.
Your email stays private
You sign in with your email, but it's never shown to anyone else. To other collectors you're known only by your username.
Pick a username
Choose a username and your public collection lives at phlatfile.com/u/yourname. Share that link anywhere — it's your collection's home on the web.
Cataloging your posters
Snap and match
Take a photo of a poster and PhlatFile matches it to the catalog. If it's new to us, it gets added — your photos help build the catalog for everyone.
Track every detail
Edition, finish (foil, AP, color variant…), print number, condition, what you paid — even multiple copies of the same poster, each tracked on its own.
Find anything fast
Search by band, artist, venue, or year. Build a wantlist of the posters you're still hunting.
Buy · Sell · Trade
Mark your copies for sale or for trade, flag what you're hunting on your wantlist, and see which collectors have what. PhlatFile connects you directly with other posterheads.
We're honest about where we are: full in-app buying and trading tools are still being built. Right now PhlatFile is about cataloging and finding each other — the collector base comes first, the rest follows.
